Grrr I just found out that I might have high cholesterol. I hope not! Believe me, I’m going to eat very low fat food for a week before my next blood test. LOL
Anyway … since I found out that my last blood work was a little off I’ve been reading up on how to lower high cholesterol … reading about increasing fibre in my diet, reading a lipofuze reviews and so on.
I’m actually getting a headache with all the reading I’ve been doing!
I’m hoping that my next blood work will come back normal because I really can’t afford to add any new medications to the ones I’m already taking. It’s just too expensive already.
Any other ideas as to how I can get my cholesterol down?

According to me, you should not eat food that causes high cholesterol. You should eat foods that do not contain oil (fried).

Well we never eat fried foods and already have a very low fat diet so the only thing I can really do is increase my fibre and maybe eat even more veggies. Thanks though.
