One of my friends desperately wants to lose some weight. She’s been trying since the beginning of the year and she’s made some good progress through diet and exercise but I think she’s hit a plateau.
I just got off the phone with her and she sounds so depressed. She shouldn’t be … she’s lost about 20 pounds and she looks great! Now she’s searching the internet for other diet or quick weight loss ideas. One of the things she told me she read was a 7-dfbx review as well as some other diet reviews like the supposed Jennifer Aniston diet of eating 14 baby food jars and one regular meal a day (which she denies).
I’m actually a little worried about my friend. She’s been doing really well and now that the weight has stopped coming off she’s getting depressed and perhaps desperate. I told her to just keep working at it and that last bit of stubborn weight will start to come off.
