Trying to find a special gift for a friend

One of my friends is turning the big four 0 soon and I’m trying to think of what to get her for her special birthday.

She’s not one to even celebrate her birthdays let alone expect extravagant gifts, however I want to get her something nice. Something that she’d use and hopefully enjoy for a long time.

I’ve been looking at some personalized gifts. She’s a photographer so I was thinking that a personalized photo frame or something similar might be nice for her.

Of course I’ll probably get her something else as well – maybe a gift certificate for a spa day or something like that.

It seems like almost every week this month we have a birthday or a party of some sort to attend. I was just talking about my friends upcoming birthday in my last post and now I’ve just realized that Father’s day is coming up soon too!

Man, this month could be expensive!

My parents are gone, unfortunately … but my husbands are still around. My husbands father is 81. Hmmm What do you get an 81 year old for Father’s day?

Lucky for me I came across this father’s day gift guide 2010 and I think it might help give me some ideas. It might help you too if you’re as stumped as I am.

At this point I have no idea what we’ll get for my Father in Law. He’s really into genealogy and any thing Ireland … so maybe something along those lines.

Trying to find a special gift for a friend

I have to find the perfect gift for one of my friends. She’s turning 30 this month and I want to get her something special.

The problem is that I have no idea where to start. She’s a bit of a fashion hound so I thought I might get her a designer purse … but that’s probably out of my price range.

She also really likes horses. She rides regularly, so I thought that perhaps getting her horse tack might make an ideal present. I know it would be a little unusual, but it’s the best idea I have right now and I think she’d love it.

Any idea for a fashion loving horse affectionado?

I love checking out perfumes when I set off to a shopping mall or some close at hand boutique. Now let me tell you a story about my favorite fragrance Fendi perfume by Fendi. It was created by Fendi in 1985 and is suggested for romantic wear. This feminine scent possesses a blend of leather, rose, sandalwood, amber and musk.

I used to always pass by this fragrance when going to the mall and never trying it for some reason, but the other day I decided to try it out not really expecting anything, as I was shopping i thought oh well nothing special, too strong, but by the end of the night I had fallen madly in love with it, my son commented on it (which is unusual for him) my hubby said mmmm you smell good, my neighbor said that’s a nice perfume, even my dog Sasha started sniffing me all day, wow. Fendi pefume by Fendithis is one beautiful fragrance, not masculine smelling to me, very addictive, also one spray lasted all day and I decided that this was going to be my next purchase. As a matter of fact I have been wearing it ever since. LOVE IT!

Fendi perfume by Fendi is an audacious, warm, profound, smokey, leathery, fairly masculine scent. One of the most masculine ladies perfumes I have ever tried. The Fendi pure perfume is the best way to try this delicate scent, it lasts eternally, and the bottle is nice-looking.

Fendi perfume by Fendi is a fragrance which is bold and sexy and signifies a real woman. Not many will like this but who cares I do. If you like it you like it and you wear it. If you don’t like it then you wear what you like.

I even gave a bottle of Fendi perfume to A colleague at work and when she wore this she said it smelled delicious on her. She smelled so sophisticated that her hubby too said mmmm this smells good.

Give the women in your life exactly what they want for a Christmas, a moment of ‘me time’. Normally, when I am trying to find a present for my partner I always try looking online before I do anything else simply because it is less stressful. Internet sites can normally offer products and deals at a much cheaper price which makes even more sense to buy something on the web. So, for example if you were looking into buying your partner some beauty products the chances are that you will be able to find some great deals and offers online rather than actually in a shopping mall. With the web becoming far more comprehensive these days anyway there is also the option that you may be able to ask the site for items to be ordered in online as well which, again, requires very minimal effort.

Depending on which site you shop on you will normally receive recommended products associated with the item that you are purchasing which is very handy if you are after something else. It is surprising how much the internet has moved forward over the last ten years. There are so many different ways to pay online you don’t really have to worry about having your credit or debit card details stolen.
