Pro Microdermabrasion And The Crystalift Microdermabrasion

by The Shopping Maniac

One of the most talked about skincare procedures practiced today is microdermabrasion. One has read in magazines, countless times, of famous people talking about the treatment and what miraculous things it has done to their complexion. Not that long ago the only places where the treatment was available was in clinics and beauty salons, spas.

The first microdermabrasion treatments were carried out using incredibly fine abrasive medical grade crystals. In the last ten years or so it is becoming increasingly common to use a wand or hand tool which has a diamond tipped or rough surfaced, head. In crystal microderm, the minute crystals are blasted onto the surface of the skin exfoliating it rather aggressively. The degree of exfoliation which occurs when this treatment is used is incredibly greater than is possible by utilizing any of the many exfoliating creams currently available to buy.

It is true to say that, with all procedures carried out in professional beauty salons, spas and clinics, a professional microdermabrasion treatment can be expensive. It works out more pricey than one thinks because more than one treatment is required. Most aesthetic clinics and beauty salons, spas recommend roughly ten treatments. The most important advantage to having a professional treatment is the machinery used are more powerful and so produce a better result.

The at home microdermabrasion kits have become increasingly popular as they not very expensive purchase. Home microdermabrasion machines are often much milder, which, in the long run may mean you need to repeat the treatment more often before any results are visible. A common disgruntle concerning the home treatments are irritation and slight inflammation (mostly caused by over use and not following the instructions).

Now enter the Crystalift At Home Microdermabrasion Kit which is an “at home micro-dermabrasion kit” but it uniquely uses a machine which uses the exact same techniques as the pro microderm machines, in that it uses crystals and blasts them onto the face. All other at home microdermabrasion kits offer a skin care treatment that is simply not comparable.

In truth the Crystalift Microdermabrasion At Home Machine is the only Real at home microdermabrasion machine available.

Which ever decision you chose to take, either the professional microdermabrasion treatment or the home machine, it is entirely down to your choice. There are folk who combine both types of treatment, and we think this is the best way to go especially if you choose to buy the Crystalift Microdermabrasion Kit which is commonly available for no more than $200 (the price of a few sessions with a professional so it should pay for itself in a very short space of time!).
