Ways to lose weight …

In my last post I asked how do you lose weight?

I asked if you increase your activity by doing more workouts, going to the gym or taking long walks. Or if you try diets?

when you try to lose a few extra pounds, perhaps when you have an upcoming event or simple because it won’t be all that long before summer will be here … do you try to eat a little bit healthier? Do you eat more vegetables and fruit substituting them for carbs or sugar heavy snacks?

What about weight loss supplements ? Have you ever used them? If so did they work?

When I was a teen I tried some diet pills and they didn’t do much for me … but then, now that I think back I really didn’t need to lose any weight back then, I was a fairly skinny teenager. I think I just tried them mainly because that’s what my friends were doing.

So .. specifically … what do you do to lose weight when you need to lose maybe five pounds fast?

    I guess something that needs to be constantly repeated in the media is that people lose weight at different rates and in different ways.

    But I think people should stop looking at fad diets, if they were to be trusted then surely then would survive longer than 6 months. Exercise and controlling what you eat is the best way to lose weight.

    Your site contain a many useful information. I look for a lot of this experience.Really its looks good method to lose weight.I have also one great idea to lose our weight without doing dieting.Just we need to take 8 glasses of water on the right time.Take water in this way:
    2 glasses:whenever we wake up
    1 glass:before having breakfast
    1 glass:after having breakfast
    1 glass:before having lunch
    1 glass:after having lunch
    1 glass:before having dinner
    1 glass:after having dinner
    Try to take lots of water before going to bed which easily helps us to have sound sleep.So as well know water is very good for our health as well for charming skin.So try it,may you all find it awesome method to lose weight.Lots of thanks for sharing good article.
