My husbands niece is getting married next weekend in Mexico.
My husband and I wanted to go when we received one of her lovely wedding invitations but we just can’t afford to go at this time. My husband has been going through rounds of temporary layoffs at work so we just can’t go away for a week. We just can’t spend that much money on a trip.
We’d love to go. We were talking with my husbands sister earlier today and their leaving on Tuesday. Somehow they managed to get a really good deal .. something like $1200 each for a week including the flight. Pretty good! If we could have afforded to have spent that much money we would have. I’ll be that Chris’ brother calls us on the day of the wedding .. someone he’ll make sure we’re there even if we’re not.
